It's been said plenty of times, Breens is a local hidden gem! Simple but well done in an old bar with tons of character. This place gets hopping so get there early if you can! Delicious food and cheap drinks and Megan the bartender knows how to handle a packed restaurant!

There isn't a better burger around! So good and the price is right. This is a dive bar, and they do things a certain way, like ordering yourself from the bar, but the food hits the spot. If you want table service, then this place isn't for you. But if you want good food and drinks at a great price, this is the place for you.

Best local steak and cheese sandwich. I don't drink, but it's a great atmosphere. They have keno and other food options available. Stop in if you are local and enjoy a nice meal for under fifteen dollars.

I grew up in Worcester and it took me over 10 years to finally check this place out. Went with my brother after Thanksgiving and we met up with a bunch of friends. I think it's cash only they an ATM inside for customers to use. They offer bucket of ice filled with beers or High Noons (when we went the only flavors they had of High Noons was Pineapple and Watermelon), and it was funny watching everyone reach in and see their disappointment with the lack of variety.Besides that, they've got a grill so you can get some food and we heard that Philly Cheesesteaks are the best there, sooooo we ordered a Cheesesteak on a Hot Dog. Don't make that face! It was wicked good!!!!! Not on the menu but I'd get it again!! They had several TVs with the Bruins game on and the FIFA World Cup game between USA and England. I think I have a new favorite sports bar in Worcester now!!

Absolutely delicious steak and cheese with peppers and onions w/ little mayo. Had conversation with owner( great guy!) and the chef at counter, he’s a magician on the grill. Bartender was great also! Will definitely be going back!

Still by far the best steak & cheese in the city of Worcester at Breens. And thanks to the gals behind the bar for an amazing dill bloody mary!

Another unassuming local gem quietly tucked away. The burgers are . Felt like I was back in Norman with the softball game on the tv. Will be back to try the “infamous” steak and cheese! …

Unreal that it’s taken me this long to go and eat here. True Worcester fare that’s truly worth a try! The steak and cheese was way better than ziggy bombs and you can have it made as you want it. The chili dog was bomb as well. Will be stopping in more regularly moving forward!
